Essential oils are naturally derived from plants. They maintain an “essence” which is what gives off their powerful, therapeutic scent. It is always important to search for essential oils that are completely natural and state that they are 100% essential oil. There will always be dupes on the market that are filled with other fragrances. If you find one like this, keep moving! They will not yield the same results as the pure stuff.
Benefits of Essential Oils
Essential oils have many benefits for us. They can be used to relieve anxiety, nausea, pain, and more. They also have several ways they can be used. Spritz it on your pillowcase before bed, add a few drops to your diffuser, or dab it behind your ears and your wrists. There are endless uses!

Lavender is a widely loved scent. It has qualities that soothe the mind and help calm you to feel more relaxed. It can also be great for sleeping. Next time you’re tossing and turning in bed, try to use this essential oil and see how your sleep improves!
Lemon is also a great essential oil to try. Lemon is commonly associated with cleanliness, but is also refreshing. Add this around the house or a few drops on the skin and clothes and you could be feeling more invigorated.
